These terms apply when you use the Laxe website or purchase from Laxe AU. By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. A binding sale is formed when we accept your order, usually by sending confirmation or dispatching the goods.

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information. If you purchase for another person, you confirm you are authorised to provide their details and accept delivery for them.

We aim to present products, finishes, dimensions, specifications and colours accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials and manufacturing batches may cause reasonable variation. Confirm critical dimensions, compatibility and installation requirements before ordering or installation.

Products remain subject to availability. We may correct genuine listing errors, limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an unavailable item. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund the affected amount.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Applicable GST is calculated and shown separately at checkout. Delivery and optional services are shown separately before payment. Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be applied retrospectively unless we agree.

Payment is processed through Shopify checkout using the methods offered there. An order may be declined or held where payment is not authorised, information cannot be verified, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Timing may be affected by stock, carriers, access, location and events outside reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete address, safe access and a person authorised to receive the order where required.

Inspect goods promptly after delivery and tell us as soon as practical about transit damage, missing items or an incorrect order. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery details.

Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Its eligibility rules do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation where goods fail a consumer guarantee. Manufacturer or optional care-plan warranties operate in addition to, not instead of, those rights.

Do not install a product you believe is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Contact us first so the issue can be assessed safely.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity conducted through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant Laxe a non-exclusive licence to use submissions for the purpose for which they were provided, including responding to a request or displaying a review where you chose to publish it.

The Laxe name, branding, website design, copy, photography, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Laxe and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download reasonable extracts for personal shopping use only.

You must not scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, reverse engineer, disrupt or use the website or content commercially without permission, except where the law permits.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Laxe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Product information is general. Installation, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical work must be assessed and completed by appropriately licensed professionals. Laxe is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect measurement, incompatible selection, unauthorised alteration, misuse or installation contrary to product instructions, except to the extent caused by our breach or negligence.

We may update these terms prospectively. The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction. This does not prevent you using rights available under applicable consumer law. Questions may be sent to info@laxe.com.au.
