Products & Pricing

  • All prices displayed on https://laxe.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you receive your order confirmation email.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in finish, colour, or appearance due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order on https://laxe.com.au, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email — at that point, a contract is formed between you and Laxe AU.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to a stock error, pricing mistake, or suspected fraudulent activity). If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
  • We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, public holidays, or your location.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. If delivery fails through no fault of yours (for example, the carrier loses your parcel), we will redeliver the items or provide a full refund at your choice.
  • We ship to addresses within Australia. International shipping is available to select destinations (including New Zealand) at the rates stated at checkout.
  • Free shipping applies to Australian orders over $150 AUD, as stated on our website. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this threshold.

Consumer Guarantees & Your Rights Under the ACL

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Under the ACL, all products sold by Laxe AU must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and match any sample or demonstration model. These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any other term in these Terms — including for sale items, opened products, and made-to-order goods.

  • Major failure — a serious defect, safety issue, or product that substantially fails to match its description. In this case, you may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund.
  • Minor failure — a fixable defect that does not amount to a major failure. We may choose to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
  • Consumer guarantees under the ACL are separate from and in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may apply to a product.
  • These rights apply to you as a consumer under the ACL and cannot be excluded, modified, or limited by any term in these Terms or any other agreement.

Returns & Refunds

To claim a remedy under the consumer guarantees described above, contact us at info@laxe.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault. Proof of purchase is required — this can be your order confirmation email, account order history, or a bank statement showing the transaction.

We cover return shipping costs for faulty items or items incorrectly sent to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

In addition to your ACL rights, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost. A refund to your original payment method will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, or confirming your eligibility for a refund under the ACL.

Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By using https://laxe.com.au, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on https://laxe.com.au — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Laxe AU and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law — and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of https://laxe.com.au or our products, except where such loss or damage cannot be excluded under the ACL.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of https://laxe.com.au is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
